Rain On The Roof

It rained in the night and we could hear the rain beating on the aluminum roof of our motorhome.  Usually it is fun to listen to, but when it starts in the middle of the night, we just roll over and go back to sleep.

The rain came and went from about 3 a.m. until about 8:00 a.m.  It is sunny right now with scattered clouds.  It was cold for the coast this morning.  Maybe upper 40s or low 50s.  We had a campfire going for a little while.  Right now I smell like campfire smoke. 

As I type on the computer, Sharon is sitting at the dinette reading a book.  More doing things together separately. 

Sharon has a crock pot of stew cooking on the kitchen counter.  We are having a potluck dinner tonight and that is her contribution. 

Like I have told you before a motorhome or trailer can be a complete home with all the amenities.  A young newlywed couple could get an inexpensive RV and actually live in it as their first home.
